Avaya Unified Desktop -- Compact Mode

The job was to look at the over 20 applications included in IP Office and provide a consistent look and feel for all the applications, identify overlapping functionality, and document user classes. The results were two unified applications; one — targeted for the Agent user — that could scale from an individual to a large network of Agents in a Call Center, and two — for a Supervisor user — that could scale from the an office manager to the Supervisor of a large Call Center.
