Mental Models worked with Taleo to develop a tool for large enterprises that unifies several talent management activities such as Performance Management, Career Management, Goals Management and Succession Planning.

We helped the Taleo team develop a high-level Information Architecture and a specific Page-level Layout Architecture that led to the development of an application that handles an expansive (and expanding) variety of tasks and user types, while maintaining the same basic interaction model throughout.
